Q) Is your order process secure?

A) Yes, our order process is encrypted with a secure 256 bit SSL connection. Our store is also certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant to ensure your personal details are never shared or seen by anyone. We do not sell your data, either. So you can rest assured knowing your details are safe.

Q) Is shipping really free even if I am from ____?

A) Yes, we ship worldwide for free. Due to our free shipping policy, we send items in multiple packages (even when you order them in one order). This speeds things up and ensures you receive your items in the fastest time possible. 

Please note customers are responsible for any customs and tax charges for their order, as these are outside of our control.

Q) How long does shipping take?

A) This depends on which country your purchased items are being shipped to. Please see our Shipping Information page for more information. 

Q) Where is my order?

A) You can get up-to-date tracking information on your order on our Track Your Order page. 

Q) What is my tracking number?

A) Tracking will be available 2-5 working days after your order. Please contact us at support@picantestyle.com if you haven’t received yours after five business days, and we will send it over to you within one business day.

Q) My item arrived damaged, what do I do?

A) We ship every item with extra padding to ensure full protection during the shipping process, so your items arrive in perfect condition as intended. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrive damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

If this happens to you, please reach out to us at support@picantestyle.com with:

- Your order number.

- A photo of the damaged product.

Once we receive this information, we'll be happy to send out another to you free of charge.

Q) Do you allow returns?

A) We sure do! Check out our Returns Policy here.

Q) How do I amend/cancel my order?

A) If you need to makes changes to your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

We can change:

  • Your delivery details
  • Your name
  • Your email
  • Your phone number

To cancel your order altogether, you must contact us at support@picantestyle.com within 24 hours. We cannot cancel your order once it has already been shipped. You can also view our full refund policy here.
